This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for cancellations, replacements, and refunds provided by Gamezulu to ensure a seamless and transparent experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully.
Eligibility for Refunds
A product key can be returned and refunded under the following conditions:
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right to Cancel for Digital Content)
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date of purchase. However, this right is only valid if the product key has not been redeemed, activated, or used in any way.
To exercise this right, you must inform us (Gamezulu Limited, Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong) of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, email, or contact form).
If you cancel under the 14-day right:
- We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable).
- Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
- No fees will be charged for the refund.
- Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
Invalid or Faulty Keys
If the key you receive is invalid, already used, or cannot be redeemed due to a verified technical issue, and has not been previously activated by you, you are eligible for a refund.
Accounts Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The key has already been redeemed or activated.
- Your account has been banned or suspended due to cheating, exploiting, third-party software, or violations of the game’s Terms of Service.
- You are attempting to return the product outside the eligible refund period.
Important Notes
- Gamezulu is not responsible for purchases made in error, including region locks, platform mismatches, or incompatible devices.
- Refunds will not be granted if your device or operating system cannot run the product.
- Always review the product description, system requirements, and compatibility details before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the key, and include the following:
- Your Order Number
- A screenshot or video clearly showing the issue
- Confirmation that the product key has not been redeemed or activated
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
