Privacy Policy

To protect the privacy of the users of Gamezulu.com platform (referred to as the "Platform") and comply with the relevant legal requirements, Gamezulu Limited, a Hong Kong company with a business unique identifier number 77032363, Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong (referred to as the "Company" or “Gamezulu”), has prepared this document to explain and inform users of the Gamezulu.com website (the "Platform") about the collection, processing, and security of personal data provided by users (referred to as "Users") and unregistered platform users (referred to as "Guests"). It is important for Guests and Users to familiarise themselves with the content of this Privacy Policy before using the services or registering on the Platform.

1. Personal data collection and processing

The Company acts as a data controller (referred to as the "Controller") with respect to the data provided by Users or Guests during their use of the Company's Platform. The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (referred to as the "GDPR").

While the Company allows Guests to browse the Platform anonymously, full access to the content and services offered on the Platform, as well as the ability to order products, requires registration and the provision of detailed personal data by Users.

The provision of personal data by Users is voluntary, but certain data may be necessary for registration on the Platform and for purchasing products. During the registration process, Users will be asked to complete a simplified Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process and provide at least the following information: email address, country of residence, identity document, and a selfie.

To process orders, complete payments, and delivery of products, Users will need to provide additional personal data, such as their full name, residential address, and, in exceptional cases, a mobile phone number.

Additionally, the Company collects information on Users' interactions with the Platform, including device and login information, system logs (date, time, IP address), and traffic statistics. These activities are aimed at improving the Platform and tailoring services to Users' needs. The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific individuals and are not used to identify Users. The Company also receives information about Users from payment operators who facilitate online payments for products purchased on the Platform, providing information about the status of the payment.

Guests have the option to make purchases on the Platform without creating an account or logging in. To make a purchase as a Guest, an email address is required.

2. Objectives, legal basis time of processing of personal data

2.1 Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 By clicking on the “I Accept” button, or accessing or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any other legal agreements that apply to you as an account holder on the Website including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you should discontinue your use of the Service immediately.

2.3 You must not use the Services and accept the Regulations if you (a) are not of the age to sign a valid agreement with Gamezulu or (b) are not permitted to use the Services in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) or any other country/region, including the country/region of your residence and where the Services are used.

3. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

3.1 You agree that Gamezulu may amend these Terms from time to time and at Gamezulu’s sole discretion. While we strive our best to notify you of any amendment to these Terms, we will not be required to provide you with prior notification of such amendments or changes to these Terms.

3.2 Upon any amendment or change to these Terms, the revised Terms will be published on the dedicated link available on the Website. Your continued use of the Website and/or the Service, after the publication date of a revised version of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of its terms.

3.3 You agree and undertake to review these Terms each time you visit the Website and/or prior to your use of any Services. If you do not agree to our Terms, as updated from time to time, you undertake to cease using our Website and/or Services immediately.

4. Prevailing Language

4.1 These Terms shall be written in the English language. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language and there is any inconsistency between the version in the English language and such translation, the English version shall prevail and be the binding version.

5. Notification

5.1 When you use any Services or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website or through other manner. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notice, disclosures and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
